Ramos provides consulting services to transit companies in specifying and acquiring Automatic Vehicle Location and Computer Aided Dispatching systems. These procurements typically consist of three phases:

·   Developing specifications
·   Soliciting and evaluating bids
·   Managing system implementation

Ramos Systems can assist transit companies in all three phases. Although Ramos Systems is no longer a provider of these types of systems, our background in bidding on and developing AVL/CAD systems gives us a unique perspective in writing specifications, negotiating with vendors and managing implementation.
